Fiery Eviction Ends Pentagon Alliance in 'Big Brother 26'

Last week’s eviction set the stage for a complete demolition of the house structure. A clutch win in the AI Arena and a vote flip sent the “Pentagon” alliance from the top to the bottom. With Tucker Des Lauriers winning both Head of Household (HoH) and Veto, he was determined to keep the outsiders out. In the end, he succeeded, although it sparked some fiery words from the evicted houseguest.

Throughout the first four weeks of this game, Brooklyn Rivera was one of the most powerful players. She was part of the secret “Pentagon” and “Collective” alliances and had solid relationships with everyone. However, the house flipped last week, and Brooklyn went from leading to being on the backfoot, left out of the vote. Despite being nominated, she was reassured by Tucker Des Lauriers that Quinn Martin was the actual target. But it turned out to be another ploy by Tucker, who revealed his knowledge of Brooklyn’s alliances and outed her as the mastermind. Brooklyn made a public plea declaring that everyone was playing for second place to Tucker, but it wasn’t enough. She was sent out near-unanimously.

This week’s AI Arena competition was a word scramble, where houseguests had to decode messages to find specific pictures. After a lot of trial and error, Chelsie Baham prevailed, earning her safety.

The Head of Household competition did not take place during the eviction episode. The winner will be revealed in Sunday’s episode.

Sunday’s episode will introduce the “AI Instigator” twist. Whoever won America’s vote from the past week will get to use the AI avatar of another houseguest to spread misinformation about other players. At the end of their instigation time, America will then determine the reward they should receive.
