Frankie Bridge’s Cozy Autumn Cardigan: Found and Still Available to Shop

As summer draws to a close, the onset of autumn brings a wave of exciting fashion trends flooding the high street. One notable brand showcasing stylish seasonal staples is & Other Stories, a favorite of many, including the fashion-forward Frankie Bridge.

This week, Frankie donned three of & Other Stories’ new season cardigans, instantly sparking interest among her followers. The red knitted cardigan, one of the brand’s most sought-after pieces, quickly sold out as soon as she shared it on her social media.

“Lots asking,” Frankie shared in response to her fans’ queries. “It’s @andotherstories. I have it in grey also. So cosy.”

Fortunately, the versatile grey version of the cardigan is still available, along with six other shades, including pink, blue, navy, and cream. This long-sleeve cardigan, made from a cozy blend of wool and alpaca, is tailored in a regular fit and features a row of front button closures.

In one of her Instagram posts titled ‘Back to School’ outfits, Frankie showcased how the grey cardigan can fit seamlessly into an office-appropriate ensemble. She paired it with an oversized blazer and tailored shorts, both in a studious grey hue.

“If your workplace requires a smarter style then try a shorts and blazer combo,” Frankie advised on her Instagram Story. “Great for if the weather is a bit unpredictable as you can layer with cardigans and a jacket. Switch out for grey trousers as we move more into autumn. This dark grey is a flattering colour on most skin tones and looks smart and chic. I’d wear with heels for meetings.”

I admire both Frankie’s androgynous office style and how she dresses the cardigan casually with a white t-shirt and straight-leg or wide-leg jeans. While the bold red hue is no longer available, there are still vibrant options in pink or cobalt blue if you’re seeking something eye-catching. Personally, I’m partial to the navy version.

For those who love Frankie’s cardigan but find it a bit pricey, H&M offers a similar style for just £19.99. This alternative, made from a soft knitted wool-blend fabric, features a lightweight relaxed fit, a round neckline, front button closures, gently dropped shoulders, and long sleeves. It also has subtle ribbing around the neckline, cuffs, and hem.
