Gary Coleman’s life and death are being revisited in an upcoming documentary titled Gary, premiering Thursday, Aug. 29, on Peacock.
The 90-minute program aims to “shed new light on the star’s life and explore the controversy surrounding his tragic death at the age of 42,” according to the official description. The documentary provides insight into Coleman’s struggles, including his lifelong illness and depression, financial difficulties, tumultuous marriage, and heartbreaking demise.
Exclusive interviews with Coleman’s Diff’rent Strokes co-star Todd Bridges, former managers, estranged parents, and ex-wife feature prominently in the film.
