Gigi Hadid’s Rep Denies Latest Rumor of Breakup with Bradley Cooper

The pair have been dating for nearly a year.

Is Gigi Hadid ready to end her relationship with heartthrob Bradley Cooper? According to the National Enquirer, it seems so. The couple, who have reportedly been dating for 10 months, may be facing a split. The 29-year-old model is said to be reconsidering her relationship with the 49-year-old actor after remarks made by Cooper’s ex, Suki Waterhouse.

Waterhouse, an actress, described her two-year relationship with Cooper as “dark and difficult,” and said the aftermath of their 2015 breakup was “isolating and devastating.” She is currently engaged to Twilight star Robert Pattinson, and they have a three-month-old daughter. Reflecting on her past with Cooper, Waterhouse mentioned it took her nearly a decade to recover from their breakup.

Waterhouse is not the only ex to speak negatively about Cooper. His ex-wife, Jennifer Esposito, 51, who was married to Cooper until 2007, described him as “cocky” and referred to him as a “master manipulator.”

However, Hadid’s representative denies these breakup rumors. Others suggest that the model is trying to protect herself from potential heartbreak. “Gigi knows what Jennifer has said — but reading Suki’s new words really hit home for her. She doesn’t want to find herself facing the same devastation,” an insider revealed.

The insider added, “She sees that in many ways, Bradley really doesn’t have time for her between his acting and directing work. She thinks it’s only a matter of time before Bradley ends things, so she plans to launch a preemptive strike.” 

Hadid and Cooper were first linked in October 2023 when they were spotted having dinner together in NYC. Initially, sources indicated that they were just hanging out, with nothing serious developing.

Both Hadid and Cooper have children from previous relationships. Hadid co-parents her 3-year-old daughter, Khai, with her ex-boyfriend Zayn Malik. Cooper shares a 6-year-old daughter, Lea de Seine, with his ex-partner Irina Shayk.
