‘Good Luck, Babe!’ Chappell Roan Holds Meet-and-Greet Sweepstakes

The career of Willard native pop star, Chappell Roan, continues to soar.

Chappell Roan, whose real name is Kayleigh Rose Amstutz, has launched a giveaway sweepstakes in partnership with California-based activism corporation Propeller. The exciting prize includes a fully funded roundtrip vacation to the Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival in San Francisco, along with an exclusive meet-and-greet with Roan.

Roan’s hit single, “Good Luck, Babe!” has been making waves on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for 13 consecutive weeks. This week, the single secured the No. 10 spot, receiving accolades for significant gains in digital sales and performance.

The grand prize package from Propeller features two Artist Passes to the Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival, scheduled for August 9-11. The winner will get a $250 food and beverage credit at the festival, one pair of Eargasm High Fidelity Earplugs (valued at $48.95), and roundtrip travel to San Francisco, including a hotel stay and rideshare credits. While the details about the travel arrangement remain unspecified on the Propeller website, it’s clear that the winner is in for a memorable experience.

This particular sweepstakes by Roan aims to benefit several organizations including the Human Rights Campaign, Environment America, Reproductive Freedom for All, Everytown for Gun Safety, and Propeller’s Enough campaign. To enter, fans can either sign petitions related to these organizations or make monetary contributions. Each dollar donated results in 10 points, and each individual can enter up to a maximum of 10,000 times.

The deadline for the sweepstakes is July 18 at 1:59 a.m. (Central time), with the winner being announced on the same day. The selected individual will be notified via telephone or email within 10 days and must respond within 48 hours, failing which a new winner will be selected. Participants must be at least 18 years old.

According to Propeller’s Official Rules, another way to enter the sweepstakes is by submitting handwritten entry cards. Entrants need to provide their full legal name, physical address, email address, telephone number, and the name of the sweepstakes on a 3-by-5-inch card. Each card submitted earns the individual 250 entries, and participants can submit multiple unique cards.

The roundtrip travel provided will be arranged by Propeller. However, any additional expenses not covered by the contest, like baggage fees, gratuities, incidentals, and taxes, will be the winner’s responsibility. If the winner is within a 150-mile radius of San Francisco, Propeller reserves the right to offer ground travel instead of airfare.
