“Hold Your Breath” Starring Sarah Paulson Premieres October 2024 on Hulu

One actress who you can always expect to give an outstanding performance in anything horror-related is Sarah Paulson (Impeachment: American Crime Story, American Horror Story). Actually, she’s an all-around talented actress, but horror is definitely her genre! It’s been a minute since we last saw her on our screens and fortunately, we don’t have to wait that much longer because her next project is set to be released this October.

It’s a psychological horror-thriller titled Hold Your Breath, and it’s been given an official Hulu release date of Thursday, Oct. 3, 2024. The film is set during the dust storms of 1930s Oklahoma, and the Emmy and Golden Globe winner will play a concerned mother who believes that a malevolent entity in dust storms is threatening her family.

Joining Paulson in the cast are Annaleigh Ashford (Welcome to Chippendales), Ebon Moss-Bachrach (The Bear), Bill Heck (Locke & Key), Amiah Miller (My Best Friend’s Exorcism), and Alona Jane Robbins (Law & Order). Will Joines and Karrie Crouse (Westworld) make their feature directorial debut with this film. Crouse also wrote the script. In addition, Alix Madigan and Lucas Joaquin are signed on as producers.

On Aug. 8, Searchlight Pictures (the film’s distributor) released several official production stills from the upcoming horror movie. Check them out below!
