The highly anticipated exhibition fight between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson will occur on Friday, Nov. 15, at the iconic AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The fight, a global event, will be available to stream on Netflix, ensuring that fans from all corners of the world can watch it live.

The boxing match between the YouTuber-turned-boxer and the former heavyweight champion was pushed to a later date due to a health emergency Tyson experienced. On May 26, Tyson had an ulcer flare-up that required immediate medical attention, leading to the postponement of the fight. Despite the setback, both parties have confirmed the fight will still occur.

According to World Boxing News, Paul’s determination to fight in November has led him to line up a backup opponent in serious contenders such as Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. in case Tyson is unable to participate in the bout.

On July 20, Paul will face mixed martial artist and Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship fighter Mike Perry in an eight-round cruiserweight boxing match at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida. The main event of the “Fear No Man” event will feature the Paul vs. Perry fight, which will be available for streaming on DAZN.

The event’s organizer, Most Valuable Promotions, has meticulously planned around the Cowboys’ schedule to ensure a smooth event at AT&T Stadium. They chose the new date, Nov. 15, to avoid any conflicts with the Cowboys’ football schedule; Dallas will host Houston on “Monday Night Football” on Monday, Nov. 18.

“Our team has worked diligently with all parties involved to reschedule this monumental fight to a date that ensures both Jake Paul and Mike Tyson are fully prepared, with equal training time, as well as allowing us to keep the event at AT&T stadium amid the Cowboys season,” said Nakisa Bidarian, co-founder of Most Valuable Promotions. “We appreciate the outstanding dedication, collaboration, and flexibility of our partners at Netflix and AT&T Stadium. Paul vs. Tyson is the most cross-generational sporting event in history, and we are committed to providing fans worldwide with this unforgettable night of boxing, live globally on Netflix. We look forward to seeing everyone on Friday, November 15 for a showdown that will be talked about for generations to come.”

This sanctioned fight, approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations, will consist of eight two-minute rounds (instead of the usual three-minute rounds). Both boxers will wear 14-ounce gloves, heavier than the standard gloves.

The fight’s official start time is yet to be announced, but it will be exclusively streamed on Netflix. A Netflix plan will be required to watch the fight, with prices starting at $6.99/month for standard streaming with ads.

As of July 6, odds from DraftKings give Paul an edge as we look forward to the future fight.
