Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s $68 million Beverly Hills mansion remains unsold after over a month on the market. Despite the couple’s recent high-profile divorce news, there hasn’t been much interest in the property.

According to multiple Los Angeles real estate sources, the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom estate has seen several showings since it was listed in July. However, no serious offers or deals have materialized. One agent pointed out that selling the house might be challenging because it was purchased at a much higher price less than a year ago.

Jennifer and Ben bought the house for just over $60 million last year and invested significantly in renovations. Still, justifying an $8 million increase in value in under a year is tough for potential buyers to swallow. Additionally, the pool of individuals who can afford such an expensive property is quite limited.

Another real estate agent highlighted that the current market conditions, marked by high interest rates, make it challenging for significant deals to come through quickly.

TMZ earlier reported that Jennifer Lopez promptly filed for divorce at L.A. County Superior Court, and it was noted that there wasn’t a prenup. Following their separation, Ben Affleck purchased a new $20.5 million mansion in Brentwood, signaling a definitive move away from their shared Beverly Hills home.

The high price point and recent upgrades aren’t enough to attract buyers to this luxury estate quickly. The luxury real estate market is notoriously slow-moving, especially for properties that command such a high asking price. Agents suggest the property could stay on the market for a substantial period before finding a suitable buyer.
