J.Lo Praises Twins as Her “Whole Heart” Despite Ben Affleck Marriage Woes

Soooooo, news broke over the weekend that Ben Affleck went ahead and bought himself a new house…without Jennifer Lopez. The couple—who seem to be spending this summer entirely apart—are currently in the process of selling their shared mansion for $68 million. And while Ben had been staying in a Brentwood rental close to his ex Jennifer Garner, it looks like he just dropped $20.5 million on a 5-bedroom home in the Pacific Palisades.

Meanwhile, J.Lo has remained entirely silent on the situation with her and Ben, instead hopping on Instagram to share a photo of her children, Max and Emme, calling them “my whole heart 💚🤍.”

The actor/singer has also remained close to Ben’s daughter Violet Affleck in recent months. In fact, the 18-year-old came to visit J.Lo in the Hamptons, which Ben was fully here for…despite it making things slightly “tricky.”

According to a source who spoke to Entertainment Tonight, the couple “are trying to make this transition as easy as possible and be gentle on their children. They don’t want to make things more upsetting than they already have been.”

And part of that is supporting J.Lo and Violet’s bond, since they became “close throughout Jen and Ben’s relationship, and maintaining that closeness is important to everyone.”

“Ben certainly doesn’t want to cause any strain between Jen and Violet, and he is in support of them spending time together,” the source added. “It’s a little tricky for him, but both Jen and Ben want all their kids to be happy, regardless of the issues they are facing in their marriage.”
