Jay Cutler Sells Tennessee Home Shared with Kristin Cavallari

Jay Cutler has officially parted ways with the Tennessee home he shared with ex-wife Kristin Cavallari. TMZ has learned of the all-cash sale which was finalized on Wednesday for $7.9 million. This is a significant reduction from the original listing price of $11 million set earlier this year.

The expansive 7-bedroom, 10-bathroom home spans 10,697 square feet and sits on more than 45 acres of land. This property features a gym, sauna, and a recently added pool house, making it a luxurious estate.

Jay and Kristin initially bought the property in 2018 for $4.23 million. They expanded their estate by purchasing an additional 35 acres for $1.2 million, making the total acreage quite impressive.

The house was prominently showcased on the couple’s reality series “Very Cavallari” on E!. After their separation, the house was granted to Jay as part of the divorce settlement, making it his primary home.

The couple’s divorce was far from amicable. Kristin accused Jay of withholding money to prevent her from buying a new home, while Jay argued that their existing multiple properties made such a purchase unnecessary. They got married in 2013 and filed for divorce in 2020.
