Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are no longer keeping their Beverly Hills mansion sale under wraps. The celebrity couple has now publicly listed their sprawling estate for $68 million. The property boasts an impressive 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. Recently renovated, the mansion promises contemporary amenities and luxe finishes for its future owner.

The listing highlights the extensive improvements made to the 38,000 square foot property. Previously, the couple had been trying to sell the house off-market, but it seems those efforts fell through, prompting the decision to make the sale public.

Lopez and Affleck took over two years to finally settle on this home in 2023, paying just over $60 million at the time. However, with the subsequent renovation costs and Los Angeles’ mansion tax, it’s uncertain if they’ll profit from this deal.

The couple’s marriage has faced challenges recently. Back in May, news emerged that they were no longer living together in the Beverly Hills mansion.

While Jennifer Lopez has been enjoying time in Italy with friends, Ben Affleck remains in L.A., currently residing in a rental home in Brentwood.
