Jennifer Lopez’s heart is overflowing with love as the 55-year-old mom of two paid tribute to her children in a touching social media post. Sharing fresh photos of her 16-year-old twins, Max and Emme, Lopez’s affection for her kids shines through.

In the first photo, which appears to have been taken on Lopez’s birthday on July 24th, she poses lovingly with Max’s arm wrapped around her, beaming at him. The next image features a sweet selfie of Lopez and Emme with their heads together. To add a nostalgic touch, Lopez included a throwback photo of her twins, whom she fondly refers to as “coconuts,” at the end of the carousel.

Lopez shares Maximilian and Emme with her ex-husband, Marc Anthony. The heartwarming family time comes in the midst of reports hinting at marital tension with her current husband, Ben Affleck. Affleck was notably absent from Lopez’s “Bridgerton”-themed birthday celebration held in the Hamptons.

Last week, a source informed ET that the acclaimed pop star is “doing her best to stay positive and focus on the great things in her life” amid rumors that she and Affleck might be heading towards a divorce.

On her birthday, Lopez was spotted visiting Candy Kitchen in Bridgehampton with Max and a male friend, as reported by an eyewitness.

“She was with a guy friend who was wearing a birthday tiara and Max. JLo was in a green dress and rode her bike to and from there,” the eyewitness stated. “Max arrived in a car driven by a female friend and left in the car. He walked out before JLo.”

“JLo looked happy and content,” the eyewitness added. “A fan shouted out to wish her a happy birthday and she thanked them. JLo and her other friend then rode away on their bikes.”

Lopez expressed her gratitude in a heartfelt message to her fans, appreciating their ongoing support.

“It’s hard to believe we have spent all this time together. It’s funny as I sit here contemplating on the most extraordinary journey I still feel like the same girl starting out so full of energy and bravado, so ready to take on the whole world on the outside and yet so tender, fragile and sometimes frightened but always full of love on the inside,” she wrote.

“I have so much love for you.
