Jessica ‘Chubbs’ Shannon has evolved as she has gotten older. She moved in with Josh and Pumpkin Efird and helped to raise their children. They all felt betrayed by Mama June after she squandered Jessica’s car title due to her addiction. Eventually, Jessica was able to move out of Pumpkin and Josh’s home and start a new life. She initially claimed she was living with a female named Shyann McCant, who turned out to be her girlfriend. Jessica came out to her family, who were supportive of her lifestyle.

Before Josh and Pumpkin split, Jessica had considered asking her brother-in-law to be a donor so she and Shyann could start a family. While Shyann is ready to settle down, Jessica feels she needs more time. The last year and a half have been extremely challenging for the family as Anna Cardwell battled stage 4 adrenal carcinoma and passed away in December 2023, shaking their world.

Now, a resurfaced video has come to light, showing Jessica engaging in an act that many find deeply disturbing.
