Jimmy Butler and LeBron James Star in New Netflix Show

Miami Heat forward Jimmy Butler will be showcased alongside LeBron James in a new Netflix docuseries spotlighting the NBA’s elite both on and off the court.

Butler has already made a name for himself with national audiences through commercials with Michelob Ultra and State Farm, but this will mark his first significant venture as a TV star.

“Starting 5,” premiering on October 9, will offer fans an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the 2023-2024 NBA season from the perspectives of five NBA All-Stars.

Butler and James (Los Angeles Lakers) will be joined by Jayson Tatum (Boston Celtics), Anthony Edwards (Minnesota Timberwolves), and Domantas Sabonis (Sacramento Kings).

Butler frequently shares his life on Instagram, showcasing everything from his love of dominos to his entrepreneurial activities with BigFace Coffee. This docuseries, however, will delve even deeper into his daily life.

Fans are eagerly anticipating a closer look at Butler’s decision to sport an “emo” punk hairstyle for NBA media day, his celebrity friendships with Neymar Jr. and Camila Cabello, and, of course, plenty of trash talk.
