Jinger Duggar Hopes to Have Twins with Husband Jeremy Vuolo

Josh Duggar, the eldest child in the Duggar family, was born on March 3, 1988. Over the years, he emerged as a conservative activist and was notably involved with the Family Research Council.

However, in 2015, Josh’s career took a serious hit when old police records were made public, revealing accusations of molesting several young girls, including his own sisters, Jessa and Jill, during his teenage years. In a June interview with Fox News, Jessa defended her brother, describing some of the harshest accusations against him as exaggerated and untrue. “People get mad at me for saying that, but I can say this because I was one of the victims,” she insisted.

Throughout these turbulent times, Josh’s wife, Anna Duggar (née Keller), remained by his side. Even after Josh admitted to infidelity, she continued to support him. When Josh entered a treatment center in 2016, his parents termed it a “crucial first step in recovering and healing.” At the time of the scandal, Josh and Anna were parents to three children: daughter Mackynzie (born October 8, 2009), and sons Michael (born June 15, 2011) and Marcus (born June 2, 2013). Shortly thereafter, Anna gave birth to their fourth child, Meredith, on July 16, 2015. Coincidentally, this was also the day TLC decided to cancel the Duggar family’s reality show, 19 Kids.

The couple’s family continued to grow. Their fifth child, Mason Garrett, was born on September 12, 2017, followed by Maryella Hope on November 27, 2019, and their seventh child, Madyson Lily, on October 23, 2021.

Despite his attempt to rebuild his life, Josh faced serious legal trouble in 2021. In April of that year, a federal indictment charged him with receiving and possessing child pornography. He pled not guilty to both charges. Nevertheless, in 2022, Josh was found guilty on both counts and subsequently sentenced to twelve and a half years in prison.
