Joe Rogan’s Texas Stand-Up Special Streams Live on Netflix

Joe Rogan’s first stand-up special in six years will be shot right here in Texas.

Joe Rogan’s San Antonio show is completely sold out for August 3rd. However, there’s no need to worry as you will still be able to watch it ‘live’ on Netflix along with the rest of the audience. The streaming service recently announced that it will be their third live stand-up special ever, following those by Chris Rock and John Mulaney.

This will be Joe Rogan’s first stand-up special since 2018’s “Strange Times.” For fans of Joe Rogan who would love to see him live in San Antonio, he’s also performing the night before at the same venue, and tickets are still available for that show. Technically, this is not a ‘live’ event. Joe is expected to take the stage at 7 PM, while the Netflix stream will begin at 9 PM.

For fans who enjoy going to the theatre, the Majestic is an important piece of Texas history. Built in 1929, it was the first venue in the entire state of Texas to have air conditioning throughout. Many people probably just bought a ticket to escape the heat back in the day. It remains one of the finest examples of atmospheric theatres ever built and received National Historic Landmark status in 1993. Fans in attendance will be in for a great night, but if you were not lucky enough to get tickets, you can still enjoy a fun night in by turning on Netflix.
