Join Us on Tour with Post Malone!

Some bad news and some great news from Muscadine Bloodline. One of country music’s finest independent bands, led by Charlie Muncaster and Gary Stanton, has been presented with an opportunity they simply cannot refuse. However, this sudden development will cause a temporary suspension of their current Coastal Plains Tour, and they are hoping that their fans will understand.

Muncaster and Stanton took the time to record a video to officially announce the suspension of their tour and to explain the reasons behind their decision:

“There was something that was sprung on us… a little bit of a curveball, but Post Malone has just offered us a direct support slot on his ‘F-1 Trillion Tour.’ We’re talking Nissan Stadium, Fenway Park, arenas and amphitheaters across the country. We’re real excited. We’ve never dreamed of an opportunity like this. We could have never dreamed of one…

The only thing is, it starts this weekend. So unfortunately, what we’re going to have to do is suspend the September and October leg of the ‘Coastal Plains Tour.’ I know it’s short notice and we don’t want to let anybody down, but this is just an opportunity that we’ve got to do.”

So, as mentioned, there’s some bad news, but the great news for Muscadine Bloodline fans is that there’s arguably not a bigger star on the planet right now than Post Malone. Post Malone, who just released his debut country album F-1 Trillion, has scored the official song of the summer with “I Had Some Help,” and achieved his first number one album since 2019. Now, as he rolls into his F-1 Trillion Tour, the momentum is greater than ever. Muscadine Bloodline will undoubtedly benefit greatly by being part of Posty’s tour as the opening act.

Though, as they mentioned in their announcement, the September and October dates of their own tour will be “suspended,” and it appears that they won’t reach those cities until their next tour. This next tour will likely be even bigger after their stint with Post Malone. The two November shows in New Mexico and Arizona are still slated to occur as planned.

Worst case scenario, some fans who were looking forward to seeing the Coastal Plains Tour might now have the chance to catch Muscadine Bloodline opening for Post Malone in a city near them. No matter what, this is a tremendous opportunity for Muscadine Bloodline, and they remain a highly deserving duo in the country music scene.
