Jordan Chiles Stuns Fans with Her Latest TikTok Video

Following a two-week social media hiatus after being stripped of her Olympic bronze medal by the International Olympic Committee, USA gymnast Jordan Chiles has significantly ramped up her social media activity recently.

The 23-year-old athlete, who clinched gold in the team final at the 2024 Paris Olympics and silver in the same event at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, shared some poolside vacation photos on Friday morning. She gained even more attention after being honored with teammate Simone Biles by the Houston Astros before their 3-2 win over the Kansas City Royals that same day.

However, it was the TikTok video Chiles posted on Saturday morning that truly turned heads.

Chiles shared a video of herself dancing with the caption “baby jo back on TikTok.” At the time of publication, the video had amassed 1.3 million views, had been liked nearly 187,000 times, and had over 2,000 comments, including several from high-profile followers.

“There’s that smile,” Olympic teammate Suni Lee commented.

“Thank goodness,” fellow Olympic gold medalist and track and field star Tara Davis-Woodhall wrote.

“Get it bby,” ESPN women’s sports commentator Arielle Chambers added.

While Chiles has not spoken publicly about her bronze-medal controversy since losing her medal aside from a statement she released on X and Instagram, her increased social media presence appears to indicate that she is emerging from her mourning period. She seems to be taking time to focus on her mental health, as evidenced by her recent posts.

Chiles will be touring with Biles and many other gymnasts this summer on the Gold Over America Tour. Advertised as a “pop concert-style spectacle” showcasing “an exhilarating display of jaw-dropping athleticism and high-energy choreography with an inspirational message of hope, strength, resilience, and determination,” Chiles is set to perform in more than 30 cities across the U.S. alongside some of the top gymnasts in the country.
