Justin & Hailey Bieber Celebrate Birth of Their First Baby

Baby Bieber is here!

Justin Bieber posted a photo of his new son’s foot, along with what is presumably Hailey Bieber’s hand, to his 293 million Instagram followers on Friday evening (Aug. 23). He captioned the photo, “Welcome Home, Jack Blues Bieber,” accompanied by an adorable bear cub emoji.

The joyful announcement comes over three months after Hailey Bieber initially shared the pregnancy news on Instagram this past May. At that time, Hailey, who is 27 years old, confirmed she was a little more than six months pregnant. Since then, she has kept fans updated on her pregnancy journey, including opening up in a W magazine cover story. “I probably could have hid it until the end, but I didn’t enjoy the stress of not being able to enjoy my pregnancy outwardly,” she revealed. “I felt like I was hiding this big secret, and it didn’t feel good. I wanted the freedom to go out and live my life.”

Hailey also shared how she was cherishing the moments with Bieber, 30, whom she has been married to since 2018, before their family of two became three. “In the beginning [of pregnancy], it was super emotional for me,” she told W. “Like, ‘I love this human so much. How can I possibly bring someone else into this?’ I’m trying to soak in these days of it being Justin and me, just the two of us.”

Justin Bieber further delighted fans by posting a gallery of photos on July 26, including a particularly heartwarming image of the “Baby” singer cuddling up to Hailey’s baby bump.
