Despite his recent run-in with law enforcement, Justin Timberlake isn’t shying away from his entrepreneurial ventures. Teaming up with golf legend Tiger Woods, the duo is set to launch another bar.

According to a report by Billboard on Friday, July 5, Timberlake and Woods are gearing up to open a new entertainment venue in St. Andrews, Scotland. Official documents from the real estate sector indicate that the bar will offer guests a diverse experience with cinema, dining, and entertainment. Plans include revitalizing the New Picture House Cinema and adding more sports activities, such as a bowling alley.

This isn’t the first collaboration for Timberlake and Woods; they already own T-Squared Social Sports Bar in New York City, which opened its doors in 2023.

The announcement coincides with Timberlake’s recent legal troubles. The 43-year-old singer was arrested in New York on charges of driving under the influence. The Sag Harbour Police detailed that Timberlake exhibited several signs of intoxication, including bloodshot eyes, a strong odor of alcohol, and poor performance on field sobriety tests.

Although Timberlake insisted he had only consumed one martini, a bartender who served him that night confirmed his statement. Despite this, Timberlake refused to take a breathalyzer test three times after he was seen running a stop sign and struggling to stay in his lane.

Timberlake’s issues echo those of his business partner, Tiger Woods, who faced similar troubles in 2017. Woods was arrested in Florida for reckless driving after being found unconscious in his Mercedes-Benz. He had a mix of five drugs in his system. In a statement to People, Woods expressed regret and clarified that his condition was due to an unexpected reaction to prescribed medications, not alcohol.

“I understand the severity of what I did and I take full responsibility for my actions,” said Woods. “I want the public to know that alcohol was not involved… What happened was an unexpected reaction to prescribed medications. I didn’t realize the mix of medications had affected me so strongly.”

He continued, “I would like to apologize with all my heart to my family, friends, and the fans. I expect more from myself, too. I will do everything in my power to ensure this never happens again. I fully cooperated with law enforcement, and I would like to personally thank the representatives of the Jupiter Police Department and the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office for their professionalism.”
