Karol G concluded her Mañana Será Bonito Tour on Tuesday night (July 23) to resounding success, setting record-breaking milestones. Based on data reported to Billboard Boxscore, the tour amassed $307.1 million in gross revenue and saw an attendance of 2.3 million across 62 shows.

Spanning nearly a year, the Mañana Será Bonito Tour began on August 11, 2023, at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Karol G performed at 15 stadiums in the United States, generating $138.4 million, making it the top Latin tour in the annual Latin recap last year.

The tour then moved to Latin America, where Karol G performed 29 shows, which brought in an additional $125.4 million. Concluding the tour, she held 18 shows in Europe, earning $43.4 million more.

The Mañana Será Bonito Tour now stands as the highest-grossing Latin tour by a female artist in Boxscore history, surpassing Karol G’s own $trip Love Tour from 2022. The average gross per show increased from $2.2 million in her previous tour to $4.9 million. Likewise, the average attendance per show surged from 12,836 tickets to 36,371.

Despite nearly doubling the number of shows – from 33 shows in the U.S. and Canada to 62 shows across three continents – the total gross of the tour multiplied more than four times, rising from $72.2 million to $307.1 million. The total attendance also saw a 432% increase, from 424,000 to 2.3 million attendees.

The tour followed the release of the album, Mañana Será Bonito, which dropped on February 24, 2023. This album marked Karol G’s first top 10 entry on the Billboard 200, eventually clinching the No. 1 spot. It also became the first all-Spanish-language album by a female artist to top the chart.

While Spanish-language music has gained popularity in North America over the past decade, Karol G’s recent success in Europe stands out. While other high-grossing Latin artists, including Aventura, Bad Bunny, Daddy Yankee, Peso Pluma, and RBD, have focused their tours primarily in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, Karol G broke new ground by performing multiple arena dates in France, Germany, Italy, and other European countries.

The Mañana Será Bonito Tour concluded with a bang, featuring four shows at Madrid’s Estadio Santiago Bernabéu. These performances collectively earned $23.6 million and sold 220,000 tickets, setting venue records and surpassing previous acts like Luis Miguel, The Rolling Stones, and Bruce Springsteen. This marked the second highest-grossing engagement of the tour, following a $25.4 million double-header at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California.

Ultimately, the Mañana Será Bonito Tour is one of only 30 tours in the Boxscore archives, which date back to the mid-80s, to gross $300 million. Among tours led by female artists, it is the seventh, joining the ranks of Beyoncé, Madonna, P!nk, and Taylor Swift.

Regarding genre-specific accomplishments, this tour is only the second Latin artist tour to surpass the $300 million threshold, just shy of the $314.1 million high mark set by Bad Bunny’s World’s Hottest Tour in 2022. Luis Miguel may soon join this group, as his current tour is at $298.7 million through July 13. Additionally, Karol G is the first Latin female artist to join the $300 million club.

Dating back to reports from January 2018, Karol G has grossed $400.9 million and sold 2.96 million tickets across 128 reported shows, solidifying her position as the highest-grossing female artist in Latin music.
