Kate Middleton’s First Public Appearance in Over a Month Amid Cancer Battle

As Kate Middleton slowly returns to public life after her cancer diagnosis, fans eagerly await updates about her. Recently, the Duchess of Cambridge made her first public appearance since July, stepping out in Scotland.

Kate accompanied her husband, Prince William, to Crathie Kirk, a church in Aberdeenshire, for a Sunday service on August 25. The couple was staying at Balmoral Castle during their annual summer trip.

In photos captured by The Sun, Kate was seen smiling brightly while sitting beside William in the car. She sported a brown plaid coat, complemented by dangling earrings and a hat adorned with a feather. William, on the other hand, opted for a simple yet elegant navy suit.

King Charles and Queen Camilla also attended the service, both showcasing classic plaid outfits. Prince Edward was seen driving to the church accompanied by his wife Sophie, their son James, and Sir Tim Laurence, Princess Anne’s husband.

Interestingly, Kate and William’s three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, did not join their parents for the service.

This marked Kate’s first public appearance since her stunning presence in a gorgeous purple dress at Wimbledon in July, where she was accompanied by Princess Charlotte. Kate, who has been the patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club since 2016, typically hands out trophies to the winners. However, due to her health, she was unable to for the winner of the women’s tournament this year.

Although public appearances have been rare, Kate did make another appearance through a video message to athletes from Great Britain competing in the 2024 Paris Olympics.
