Keira Knightley made a rare public appearance at Wimbledon 2024, adding a touch of Hollywood glamour to the prestigious event. The actress, accompanied by her rarely-seen partner, James Righton, attended the tournament in style, seated in Wimbledon’s Royal Box.

This marks Knightley’s first appearance at Wimbledon in a decade.

On July 10, Knightley was spotted on day ten of the Wimbledon Tennis Championships at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club. She was seated in the Royal Box, with Queen Camilla seated just in the row in front of her.

Knightley arrived elegantly dressed, evoking admiration and attention. You can see her dazzling appearance in the photos:

Knightley was a vision in a Chanel dress from their Resort 2020 collection. The one-shoulder, white dress featured a black ribbon tied at the shoulder. She completed her chic look with circular silver sunglasses, her signature black and tan flats, a white bag, and a stylish sun hat.

The last time Knightley attended Wimbledon was in 2014. On that occasion, she was also with Righton. They attended on day twelve of the Wimbledon Championships, where Knightley looked stunning in a navy dress and circular brown sunglasses. Here’s a look at that appearance:

In a previous interview with The Talks, Knightley opened up about her evolving perspective on public scrutiny. She has learned to focus on her own happiness and what makes her feel good, acknowledging that public opinion can often be unwarrantedly harsh.

She said, “I learned you can say nothing, you can be perfectly smiling, wearing a perfectly nice dress at the opening of a charity and people can still despise you for it.”
