Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann Cut House Price by Another $250K

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are in a rush to sell their mansion as they’ve reduced the price again, cutting another $250,000 off recently.

The couple’s Georgia home is still on Zillow, and they’ve now listed it for $3.95 million. This reduction comes two months after they previously knocked $300,000 off the asking price.

Since December 2023, the house’s price has been reduced multiple times—first by $500,000 and then by another $1 million in January. In total, the asking price has been slashed by over $2 million since it was first listed.

The duo made a deal in June to avoid foreclosure, managing to reach an arrangement with the bank to buy themselves some time to sell the property. However, the deadline is fast approaching as they need to finalize the sale by August 26.

If they fail to sell the house and repay the bank on time, they’ll face foreclosure, allowing the bank to sell the property at a much lower price.

This isn’t their only financial issue. Debt collectors and the IRS are also pressuring the couple, all while their divorce trial looms on the horizon.

The trial is scheduled for November 5 and 6 unless they can come to an agreement through mediation. Given the recent tension in their relationship, an amicable resolution seems unlikely.

For now, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are left to hope for a quick sale, as time is definitely not on their side.
