Kris Jenner Insists on Having This Controversial Family Member Back on the Show

As the most famous “momager” in the world, Kris Jenner knows a thing or two about how to be successful. And while most of her methods benefit her family, it seems some of them might bring up some tension too.

According to a new source for Life & Style, Kris has been recently pushing to have her youngest daughter Kylie Jenner’s ex, Travis Scott, on their TV show, The Kardashians. As it turns out, Kris believes that Scott’s recent scandals, including the Astroworld tragedy in 2021 which took the lives of ten people, and his recent arrest in Paris over a drunken fight with his bodyguard, would bring up ratings.

“With Travis making so many headlines, the obvious choice is to work it into the show,” the insider said. “Kris justifies it by saying bringing him back into the fold will be helpful because he’s clearly struggling—but everyone knows she’s chasing ratings.”

Unsurprisingly, Kylie, who had an on-and-off relationship with Scott from 2017 to 2022, doesn’t approve of the idea. “Kylie’s furious her mom is pushing this,” the insider revealed.

“Kris doesn’t seem to care it will stress out Kylie or cause drama in her relationship with Timothée [Chalamet],” the source added. As a reminder, Kylie has officially moved on from Scott and has been dating Chalamet since early 2023.

Back in July, sources told Daily Mail that Kris was pulling her strings to potentially have the Dune star make a few cameos. Per the outlet, Kylie’s pushing back on that too.

“Kylie and Timothée are going so well because Kylie is not putting ultimatums on him to be a part of the Kardashians TV show,” the source told the outlet. “Theirs is a more private relationship in which they can be as normal a couple as is possible considering their levels of fame.”

“Kris would love for Timothée to flaunt Kylie everywhere,” the source revealed. “But Kylie is making sure to fight this because she actually doesn’t want to make it more of a spectacle than it already is.”

Looks like Kylie’s doing her best to stand up for herself and her family against her mom’s somewhat intrusive suggestions. Ratings aren’t everything after all!
