Kris Jenner Shares She Underwent Hysterectomy to Remove Tumor

Kris Jenner ended up in the hospital in a scary condition, needing a hysterectomy to get rid of a tumor on her ovary. She got emotional revealing the news to her children.

The momager went through the ordeal during Wednesday’s episode of “The Kardashians.” It began with her meeting the surgeon who would perform the operation. Kris expressed her worries about the growth and decided it would be best to simply get rid of her whole uterus.

During the meeting, Jenner’s doctor pushed on her stomach. While they joked light-heartedly about how hard Kris works, it was clear she was nervous about going under the knife.

Although the surgery was not something anyone would want to go through, the Kardashians made the best of the situation. Kim Kardashian joked that it was time to celebrate all the good work Kris’s ovaries had done, noting her six children as living proof.

Kim and Khloé Kardashian even brought their mom a sweet treat—a birthday cake that read “It’s not ovary yet.” The gesture made the KarJenner matriarch and her partner Corey Gamble crack up.

Fans were somewhat prepared for this difficult medical issue, as the show’s trailer had teased this development for a while. It was not surprising when “The Kardashians” finally aired the surgery.

Kris Jenner has put her uterus to good use, having six children: Kim, Khloé, Kourtney Kardashian, Rob Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Kendall Jenner. All except Kendall have children of their own.

As for the aftermath of her surgery, fans will have to tune into the rest of the season to find out. That’s the way they roll.
