Kyle Richards and Daughters Get Matching ‘Lucky’ Tattoos Amid Umansky Split

Despite her year-long separation from estranged husband Mauricio Umansky, Kyle Richards of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” is feeling optimistic. On Thursday, Kyle’s daughter Sophia Umansky shared videos showcasing Kyle adding to her tattoo collection.

In one video, labeled a “Tuesday vlog,” Sophia visits her mom’s home in Encino. She explains that Kyle is getting tattoos with friends. The video captures Kyle on a table, with her lower back and ribcage exposed for the tattoo session. “Are you excited?” Sophia asks. Kyle responds with a smile, “Yeah.”

While the video doesn’t reveal Kyle’s final tattoo, it does show glimpses of her older daughter Farrah and singer Kesha. Kesha gets “JOY RIDE” inked on the inside of her left arm.

In a follow-up video, Sophia reveals that she, Kyle, and Farrah got “Lucky” tattooed on their ribcages. “matching tattoos with mommy & @Farrah Brittany,” Sophia captions the video, showcasing the three women displaying their matching ink.

Kyle and Mauricio share daughters Portia, 16, Sophia, 24, and Alexia, 28. Kyle additionally shares Farrah, 35, with her ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie.

Kyle’s numerous tattoos previously sparked friction between her and Mauricio, as their marital issues unfolded on season 13 of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” The couple, who married in 1996, confirmed their separation last summer.

Their on-screen tension culminated in the season’s final reunion episode, where Kyle hinted at a possible divorce.

Amid the couple’s strained relationship, Kyle and her daughters have evidently grown closer as they navigate the aftermath.

In an interview with ET in April, Kyle commended her daughters for their support during her and Mauricio’s separation. “They have been the most unbelievable source of support for me,” she shared. “It’s funny because I am the mom, but they’re giving me advice and they’re just so smart and so together.”

“Obviously, as a mom, I worry about them first. But they really have been taking care of me, too,” Kyle added. “These have been some of my proudest moments as a mom, honestly. How they’ve handled all this.”

More recently, Kyle’s sister Kathy Hilton provided an update on how the mother of four is faring. This follows Mauricio being seen kissing a mystery woman in Greece last month.

A picture obtained by the Daily Mail showed Mauricio at Mykonos Airport passionately greeting a blonde woman. The woman, dressed in a sheer dress, sandals, and sunglasses, kissed Mauricio on the lips, with her arms around his neck. Mauricio, casually dressed in a T-shirt and sneakers, responded in kind.

Kathy shared with ET at a fashion show for Sutton Stracke’s The Sutton Green Label Brand Capsule Collection in late July. “Eventually it was gonna happen, and I think it’s very difficult to see,” Kathy said. “I was concerned about her, but I spent the whole day with her that day.”

According to Kathy, she was “more concerned with how the girls were gonna take it.” However, regarding Kyle herself, Kathy remarked, “She looks the best she’s ever looked.”
