Kylie Jenner Battles to Keep Timothee Chalamet Off Her Show

Kylie Jenner is reportedly striving to keep her actor boyfriend Timothee Chalamet out of her family’s reality show. The 26-year-old TV star, who grew up in the public eye thanks to her appearances on E! series Keeping Up With the Kardashians, continues to be a key figure in their new Hulu show The Kardashians. Despite her mother’s intentions, Kylie seems adamant about maintaining this boundary.

An insider revealed to DailyMail.com that Kylie and Timothee’s relationship flourishes partly because Kylie avoids pressuring him to join the reality series. “Kris would love for Timothee to flaunt Kylie everywhere, but Kylie is making sure to fight this because she actually doesn’t want to make it more of a spectacle than it already is. She wants to nurture the relationship and have it last,” the source elaborated.

The relationship is described as serious, with an engagement potentially “on the table,” though not immediately. “He wants to be with Kylie for a long time. ‘When are the babies coming? When is the engagement? When is the future wedding?’ Though those things are definitely on the table, it is not something for the immediate future,” the insider added.

Kylie and Timothee have been dating since last year, even though recent work commitments have kept them apart. Timothee is currently in New York filming his Bob Dylan biopic A Complete Unknown, while Kylie stays in California with her two young children from a previous relationship. However, the couple is making efforts to see each other regularly, flying back and forth to maintain their connection.

Recently, an insider told PEOPLE that “things are great with Timothee. Kylie is happy. They are both busy, but making time to see each other, especially on the weekends. He’s been working in NYC. She’s visited him and he’s also been back to L.A. some weekends. They’re making it work,” the source said.

Despite the challenges, it appears that Kylie and Timothee are committed to their relationship, prioritizing their time together amidst their hectic schedules. By keeping their romance somewhat private and away from the spotlight of reality TV, Kylie hopes to foster a deeper and more lasting connection.
