Lala Kent Reacts to David Arquette’s Claim She Showed ‘Attitude’

Lala Kent has issued a heartfelt apology after David Arquette accused her of being an unfriendly costar. The “Vanderpump Rules” star took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday to explain her behavior during their time promoting the 2020 horror movie “Spree.”

Lala explained that she felt intimidated being around so many established actors. The movie’s cast included prominent names like “Stranger Things” star Joe Keery, “Saturday Night Live” alum Sasheer Zamata, and “The O.C.” actress Mischa Barton.

Given that most of her career has been in reality TV, Lala admitted she felt out of place. This insecurity might have led her to come off as standoffish to David.

However, Lala emphasized her gratitude for the opportunity and extended another apology to David for her perceived attitude.

David, who had previously called out Lala on “Watch What Happens Live,” accepted her apology and reshared it on his own Instagram Stories.

David admitted he might have misinterpreted their interaction, having gotten caught up gossiping with Andy Cohen. He confessed he did not share any scenes with Lala but had sensed an unfriendly vibe during the promotional events. It appears the whole situation was a simple misunderstanding.
