Lily Sullivan to Lead M3GAN Spinoff SOULM8TE

The upcoming spinoff, SOULM8TE, from the M3GAN universe, has officially announced one of its leads: the talented Australian actress Lily Sullivan, best known for her role in the supernatural horror film Evil Dead Rise.

SOULM8TE is a collaboration between Atomic Monster and Blumhouse. Kate Dolan, known for You Are Not My Mother, is set to direct. Dolan has also revised the film’s original draft, initially written by Rafael Jordan. The original story concept was created by Jordan, James Wan, and Ingrid Bisu. Wan and Jason Blum are producing, with Bisu, Michael Clear, and Judson Scott serving as executive producers.

While the movie is set in the M3GAN universe, it will branch out with a new storyline and characters. The plot centers around a widower who, struggling to cope with the loss of his wife, acquires an android to take her place. However, things take a sinister turn when the seemingly harmless android becomes deadly. Sullivan will portray the role of this artificially intelligent android in the horror thriller.

Currently, details about Sullivan’s character are sparse. The character’s name remains undisclosed. As more details emerge, they will be shared promptly.
