Logan Paul Denies Accusations of Pushing His Dog Off a Boat

Logan Paul has found himself amidst controversy once more, this time due to a resurfaced video. The YouTuber, boxer, and wrestler has had to refute claims that he pushed his dog off a boat back in 2020.

This incident follows closely on the heels of his recent denial about being banned from Japan, stemming from a controversial video he filmed back in 2017. Now, another old video has put Paul under scrutiny.

The video in question features Paul’s dog, Broley, who Paul adopted in 2019. In the clip, Broley is seen on the back of a boat before jumping straight into the water.

Paul can be heard in the video urgently yelling, “stop the boat!” with evident panic in his voice.

Thankfully, Broley was unharmed. However, at the time, some people accused Paul of pushing the dog into the water—a claim he vehemently denied.

Despite his previous denial, social media users have been revisiting the clip in recent days, prompting Paul to once again reject the allegations that he would harm his dog.

In response to the resurfaced video, Paul wrote: “Clarifying in the comments: we would NEVER, EVER, EVER, push Broley off the boat. He jumped and a hand was behind him, petting him, and when he jumped, we attempted to grab him but FOR A FACT we did not push him.

“Watch his body language and you can very evidently see a self-induced, independent jump from the little mutt. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.”

Back then, Paul even posted a slowed-down version of the moment Broley jumped into the water, stating that the footage clearly showed the dog wasn’t pushed.

With the video receiving renewed attention, Paul reposted his previous comments and emphatically added: “I WOULD NEVER.”
