Lonestar, Masked Singer, Hell’s Kitchen, and More

FOX has announced its fall premiere dates for the 2024-2025 season, featuring three new scripted series. This season will introduce viewers to “Rescue: HI-Surf,” a lifeguard drama; “Murder in a Small Town,” a mystery led by Kristin Kreuk; and an animated comedy titled “Universal Basic Guys.”

Some shows will be held until midseason, including “Alert: Missing Persons Unit,” “Animal Control,” “The Cleaning Lady,” “Doc,” “Extracted,” “Family Guy,” “Going Dutch,” “The Great North,” “Grimsburg,” “LEGO Masters,” “Next Level Chef,” “The Real Full Monty,” and “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.”

Notably, “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test” was originally slated for the fall schedule but has been replaced by “Crime Scene Kitchen” to create an all-food programming night on Wednesdays.

The schedule for Sundays kicks off on September 8, immediately following the NFL doubleheader, with the series premiere of “Universal Basic Guys” at 8 p.m.

Fridays will feature various sports programs including “Fox College Football Friday,” “Fox College Hoops,” and “Fox UFL,” starting September 13 at 8 p.m.

On Sunday, September 22, “Rescue: HI-Surf” will debut immediately following the NFL doubleheader.

Mondays will see the return of “9-1-1: Lone Star” for its fifth season at 8 p.m. on September 23, followed by “Rescue Hi-Surf” in its regular time slot at 9 p.m.

The mystery series “Murder in a Small Town” premieres on Tuesday, September 24 at 8 p.m.

Wednesdays will feature the new season of “The Masked Singer” premiering on September 25 at 8 p.m., followed by “The Floor” at 9 p.m.

Gordon Ramsay’s “Hell’s Kitchen” returns for a new season on Thursday, September 26 at 8 p.m., followed by “Crime Scene Kitchen” at 9 p.m.

Sunday, September 29, will feature several premieres: “The Simpsons” at 8 p.m. for its 36th season, the animated comedy “Universal Basic Guys” in its new time slot at 8:30 p.m., “Bob’s Burgers” for its 15th season at 9 p.m., and the second season of “Krapopolis” at 9:30 p.m.

Ending the initial batch of premieres, Tuesday, October 1, will see the return of “Accused” at 8 p.m. for its second season, followed by “Murder in a Small Town” in its new time slot at 9 p.m.
