Luke Bryan’s Birthday Cake Was a Bit NSFW

Luke Bryan’s wife Caroline made a return to social media to extend birthday wishes to the country music star on Wednesday, July 17.

Keeping up with a family tradition, Caroline shared a series of humorous photos to mark Bryan’s 48th birthday. Among the highlights were the singer appearing head-to-toe in yellow spandex, part of a Halloween couple’s costume where he portrayed a wedge of cheese to Caroline’s mouse. Another amusing photo showed Bryan popping his head out of what seemed to be a tour bus window.

“Happy birthday Luke!!! We love you so much!!” Caroline wrote in her tribute. “You are the ‘Premium to my Zesta’…love you to the moon and back.”

Bryan was featured prominently on Caroline’s Instagram stories as well. She shared a video of herself and their nephew Til preparing breakfast for the birthday boy. The family, including a shirtless Bryan, enjoyed a morning dance party to celebrate the occasion.

The standout moment was Bryan’s birthday cake, a golf-themed treat topped with “Happy Birthday Luke.” The cake featured puffs of frosting resembling grass patches, decorated with golf balls and a biscuit that humorously declared, “The Older I Get, the Harder it is to Find My Balls.”

Known as one of the goofiest couples in country music, Bryan and Caroline often engage in playful pranks, particularly during their annual holiday tradition called the 12 Days of Pranksmas.

Beyond their humor, the family is also noted for their charitable efforts. They founded Brett’s Barn, an animal rescue sanctuary dedicated to Caroline’s late niece Brett Boyer.

Recently, the Bryan family contributed financially to the establishment of a new hospital wing at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, Tennessee, near their home.

Caroline, who is usually active on social media with prank videos and comedic content, had been unusually quiet in recent months. However, she made a comeback last week with a video where she was seen holding a chicken and laughing with her sister-in-law. “Been away for a while…everyone needs a social media break,” she captioned the post.
