Marilyn Manson: Evan Rachel Wood Suit Shouldn’t Be Dismissed, FBI Letter Forged

Marilyn Manson is ramping up his legal battle against ex-fiancée Evan Rachel Wood. He claims to have evidence proving she used a forged FBI letter to fabricate sexual abuse allegations against him.

According to the newly obtained legal documents, Manson argues that his lawsuit against Wood should not have been dismissed. He asserts that the fake letter, purportedly from a real FBI agent, demonstrates that Wood orchestrated a comprehensive scheme to falsely accuse him of sexual misconduct.

In March 2022, Manson sued Wood and her partner, Illma Gore, accusing them of intentional infliction of emotional distress and defamation. He alleged that the two women plotted to destroy his career and reputation.

Although the lawsuit was initially dismissed, Manson is now appealing the decision. He maintains that Wood and Gore embarked on a malicious campaign to defame him. Central to their alleged scheme was the creation of a fake FBI letter, which purportedly indicated that Manson was under federal investigation and that his “victims” were in danger.

As part of his latest filing, Manson included what he claims is the forged FBI letter. He also notes that Wood’s response merely involved a declaration stating she did not forge the letter herself, without directly addressing whether it was a forgery.

Manson further alleges that Wood spread false stories about him to support a bogus narrative, sought information from his former employees, hacked into his accounts, fabricated emails, and even “swatted” him at his home to draw more attention to her accusations.

Additionally, Manson criticizes the lower court judge for not considering the fact that one of his accusers recanted her allegations of abuse. This accuser reportedly admitted to feeling pressured by Wood into making false claims against Manson.
