Mean Girls Marks 20th Anniversary with New Funko Pop Figures

It’s been 20 years since Tina Fey’s original Mean Girls film hit theaters, and eight years since Funko released their first and only collection of Pop figures inspired by the movie. With the anniversary upon us, we’re treated to new versions of Cady (crown scene) and Regina (bunny costume), along with the first Pops inspired by Cady’s friends Janis and Damian. The original wave included The Plastics members Gretchen and Karen, so new versions of those Pop figures could be on the horizon.

Pre-orders for the new Mean Girls Funko Pops will be available starting today, August 28th at 12pm ET on Entertainment Earth and Amazon. Direct links will be included after the launch. Note that US shipping is free at Entertainment Earth on orders $59 and above.

The 20th anniversary celebration doesn’t end there. A new 4K Blu-ray edition of Mean Girls is also available, along with a brand-new film inspired by the Mean Girls Broadway musical. This new version of the film grossed over $100 million worldwide, making it a profitable success.

The description for the 2024 version of Mean Girls is as follows:
