In a recent interview with Mojo, Mick Fleetwood shared his hopes of reuniting Fleetwood Mac. Yet, these dreams might remain just that—dreams—as Stevie Nicks has clearly stated her decision to distance herself from the band following Christine McVie’s passing.

Mick emphasizes the value of reconciliation among his former bandmates, urging Stevie and Lindsey Buckingham to resolve their differences. He reminisces about the missed opportunity to bid their fans a proper farewell due to McVie’s demise and the COVID-19 lockdown, with their last tour being “An Evening With Fleetwood Mac” in 2019.

Fleetwood Mac’s history is riddled with interpersonal conflicts, often intensified by affairs, drug abuse, and even instances of physical violence. The turmoil began when guitarist Bob Weston started an affair with Mick’s wife, Jenny Boyd, leading to their divorce and Weston’s departure from the band.
