Mike Dean Inquires About Items in Auctioned Storage Unit Owned by Ye

TikTok user @lockerblocker20 recently stumbled upon a significant cache of Ye memorabilia during a livestream. Within the stash, they discovered boxes filled with various items, including performance costumes, Yeezy design notes, and recording equipment. This particular find drew the attention of Mike Dean, a former collaborator with Ye.

Dean commented on one of the videos, inquiring, “Any Mike Dean cases in there?” to which the creator responded, “No.”

Among the items found was an Ensoniq ASR 10 keyboard with the name “Tarik” on it, as well as various earpieces and microphones. The treasure trove also included boxes of garments and masks from the 2019 opera “Nebuchadnezzar” and “Sunday Service” costumes, along with YZY season catalogs and patent cards.

Back in December 2022, Mike Dean reposted a message from Swedish House Mafia member Steve Angello. Angello was reacting to Ye’s controversial appearance on Alex Jones’ Info Wars, where Ye had made disturbing comments that included praise for Hitler. Angello’s message suggested a potential fallout between Dean and Ye, stating, “When media attention becomes more important than life itself, you’re on a slippery slope. Saying provocative things to trigger social media for clicks and action is pathetic.”

A year later, a fan asked Dean if he had distanced himself from Ye because of the “Hitler thing.” Dean responded, “Because I’m busy with much cooler people.” At that time, Dean was on tour with The Weeknd. When another fan suggested that Dean wasn’t invited to work on Ye’s latest project, he clarified, “I passed, thanks. On a little tour,” in now-deleted tweets.

Currently, there is no confirmation about whether the storage locker belongs to Ye or a member of his team.
