In 2016, Mila Kunis delighted her fans by gracing the cover of Glamour magazine with her makeup-free and radiant face. In her cover story for the magazine, the “Black Swan” actress kept things genuine, revealing two key aspects of her beauty routine: she dislikes wearing makeup during her off-days and doesn’t often wash her hair in the shower. Kunis mentioned that she doesn’t associate herself with the typical beauty regimen, although she admires those who dedicate time to do their makeup. “I think it’s beautiful. I’m just not that person,” Kunis noted. She felt especially comfortable during the photoshoot, sporting only a moisturizer. “Well, this makes life easy,” she quipped.

Back in 2014, Kunis opened up even more about her views on makeup in an interview with Harper’s BAZAAR, where she discussed her beauty secrets. Kunis, who typically wears makeup due to her career, explained that she doesn’t see the necessity of applying it every day. “It’s nothing to do with not wanting to [wear makeup], or trying to prove a point. It’s just not a necessity to me,” she emphasized. On days when she needs to step out, Kunis opts for a quick touch-up with some concealer and lip balm, dubbing it a day. On occasion, if she’s in the mood, she might add mascara, a bit of contour, and blush. Her approach to skincare is equally straightforward: “I like to keep it very simple,” she shared.
