“Descendants: The Rise of Red” (July 12)

Former Villain Kid Uma, now Headmaster of Auradon Prep, extends an invite to the school to Red, the rebellious daughter of Wonderland’s Queen of Hearts. The Queen of Hearts, harboring a longstanding grudge against Auradon and especially Cinderella, takes the opportunity to seek revenge when she drops her daughter off at school. Red teams up with Cinderella’s perfectionist daughter Chloe as they travel back in time to try to undo the traumatic event that set the young Queen of Hearts on her villainous path.
