Kanye West’s “wife,” Bianca Censori, appears to have undergone a significant transformation since her relationship with the rapper began. During a vacation in Japan with Kanye and his daughter North, whom he shares with ex-wife Kim Kardashian, Bianca continued this trend.

This week, the trio was seen grocery shopping in Japan. North, aged 11, dressed in a blue collared polo and jeans, looked notably more conservative compared to Bianca. Bianca chose a high-cut nude bodysuit layered over a completely sheer, long-sleeved jumpsuit, leaving little to the imagination.

Surprisingly, this outfit is considered one of the more conservative choices she has made since being with Kanye. In one incident, she opted to forego a shirt or bra entirely, using only a purple pillow to modestly cover her chest. Such choices have sparked significant outrage, with many arguing that Bianca’s public attire is highly inappropriate, especially around children.

After a photo of Bianca’s latest outfit was shared on Instagram by Page Six, fans quickly voiced their concerns in the comments. One user questioned, “Why does she always look naked?” Another expressed disbelief, noting, “I’m shocked in Japan. She’s allowed to dress like that?”
