Love Next Door is a recently released K-drama following the lives of childhood friends Choi Seung-Hyo (Jung Hae-In) and Bae Seok-Ryu (Jung So-Min). Because This Is My First Life premiered on October 9, 2017. It follows the story of Nam Se-Hee (Lee Min-Ki), a man in his late 30s who has decided not to marry. He owns a house but struggles with mortgage payments. Yoon Ji-Ho (Jung So-Min), a single woman disillusioned with love and dating due to financial troubles, becomes his housemate. As they live together, they grow closer and eventually fall in love.
