Netflix India Collaborates with Raj & DK for Action-Fantasy Drama

Netflix India has announced a collaboration with the renowned creator duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K. for its inaugural action-fantasy series, Rakt Bramhand: The Bloody Kingdom.

Better known as Raj & DK, the duo has joined forces with director Rahi Anil Barve and long-time collaborator Sita R Menon under their production house, D2R Films. The series is touted to deliver a “gripping, edgy narrative set against the backdrop of a fantastical kingdom with bloody action and spectacular visuals.”

Rakt Bramhand: The Bloody Kingdom comes on the heels of the success of Raj & DK and Netflix’s previous collaboration, the critically acclaimed series Guns & Gulaabs.

Raj & DK expressed their enthusiasm, stating, “This is uncharted territory, which makes it all the more thrilling for us! Our goal is to develop a fictional world that is both original and reminiscent of the fantastical tales we have heard in our childhood.
