Nick Cannon’s Son Golden, 7, Skips Two Grades: ‘Yes, He’s Advanced,’ Says Mom

Nick Cannon and Brittany Bell certainly have a knack for passing on their impressive genes to their children. Brittany Bell recently revealed that their 7-year-old son, Golden Sagon, is on an advanced education path, having skipped two levels to enter the fourth grade.

Bell, an influencer, shared a heartfelt photo of Golden, along with his younger siblings, 3-year-old Powerful Queen and 2-year-old Rise Messiah, as they geared up for their first day of school. The image showcased her eldest children proudly donning their school uniforms and holding DIY chalkboards indicating their respective grades, fourth and pre-kindergarten. “Back to school for all of us!! My bright babies!!” Bell enthusiastically wrote.

“Golden is 7 in 4th grade (yes he’s advanced and yes his emotional intelligence matches his cognitive intellect) and our Pretty Pow is already in Pre-K big kids class! We are so proud!!” Bell continued. She also shared her excitement for their growth and achievements, mentioning Golden’s successful campaign for class representative last year and how Miss Pow has become quite popular. “We can’t wait for this year and what they will do!” she added.

Nick Cannon, the well-known host of Masked Singer, shares a dozen children with five women, including Mariah Carey, Abby De La Rosa, Bre Tiesi, and LaNisha Cole. Cannon is famous not just for his TV appearances but also for his humor about his growing family. He recently made headlines for taking out a $10-million insurance policy on his testicles, a move he jokingly attributes to his prolific fertility.

“Haters say it’s time for me to stop having kids and put this super sperm to rest, but I’m doubling down on these valuable balls and my future kids,” he cheekily wrote on Instagram in June. “Shoutout to Dr. Squatch for giving my balls the credit they deserve and hooking me up with the protection I need to keep this family tree rolling!”

Despite his large family, Cannon commits to spending quality time with each of his children. For instance, this past Valentine’s Day, he took his 13-year-old daughter Monroe — one of his twins with Mariah Carey — on a special daddy-daughter date. Mariah Carey did the same for their son, Monroe, sharing heartwarming posts about their holiday moments. Cannon posted a photo with his daughter, captioning it “Best Valentines Date Ever!!!”
