Oasis Adds Three Dates Due to Unprecedented Demand

Oasis has announced three additional dates for their highly-anticipated reunion tour, delighting fans in Manchester, London, and Edinburgh.

Noel Gallagher revealed the new dates on X, formerly known as Twitter, citing “unprecedented demand.” The newly added shows are set for Heaton Park on July 16, Wembley on July 30, and Murrayfield Stadium on August 12.

Tickets are yet to go on sale, but fans had the opportunity to apply for a pre-sale ballot, which has since closed, ahead of the general release on Saturday.

Noel and his brother Liam have put their long-standing feud aside, officially announcing the band’s long-awaited reunion. “The great wait is over,” they declared on Tuesday.

Ticket prices for the Oasis Live 25 tour are expected to be disclosed on Thursday. Lucky fans who secure pre-sale tickets will be notified via email.

The tour will cover the UK and Ireland exclusively for European dates, with a stop at Dublin’s Croke Park also on the itinerary.

The already released dates include: Principality Stadium on July 4 and 5; Heaton Park on July 11, 12, 19, and 20; Wembley Stadium on July 25, 26, August 2, and 3; Murrayfield Stadium on August 8 and 9; and Croke Park on August 16 and 17.

It’s yet to be revealed who will join Noel and Liam onstage for the reunion.

Fans had been fervently hoping for a reconciliation ever since the band’s dramatic split following a backstage brawl at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris.

Noel exited the group on August 28, 2009, citing an inability to continue working with Liam. The brothers subsequently exchanged bitter remarks for over a decade.

While the news of a reunion has been warmly received, some concerns remain. Fans have raised issues about high ticket prices and accommodation costs, and there are lingering worries about the possibility of another fallout between Noel and Liam.
