Olympic Star Stephen Nedoroscik Shares Message Post-Performance

Gymnast Stephen Nedoroscik became one of the most recognizable American athletes at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.

With his Olympics now complete, he jumped on social media to say thank you to his supporters.

Nedoroscik won a bronze medal in the pommel horse event on Saturday. That gave him two bronze medals for the Olympics, as his pommel horse in the team event sealed a bronze medal for the American men. Following Saturday’s event, Nedoroscik shared a video message, thanking those who have supported him.

“Hey everybody back in the States,” he said. “I just want to say thank you so much for the continued support. My family, my friends, my athletic trainers, everyone that has ever had an impact in my life. You shaped me into who I am today. And today, I’m a bronze medalist at the Olympics. So thank you so, so much.”

Nedoroscik also shared a similar message on his X (formerly Twitter) account. In it, Nedoroscik looked ahead to 2028, which is when the next Summer Games will be held in Los Angeles.

“Bronze team. Bronze horse. I am forever grateful to have had this opportunity. This Olympic experience has been everything and more. Thank you to everyone who has supported me. Bronze is a great achievement, but I got eyes for something shinier in my future #2028,” he said.
