Paramount+ and MTVE Announce Full Nudity Show ‘Dating Naked U.K.’

Paramount+ U.K. and MTVE Studios have announced the launch of “Dating Naked U.K.,” set to premiere on August 23. Hosted by Rylan Clark and produced by Nest Productions, the series will air new episodes every Friday.

The show centers around 10 singles who seek love in a tropical paradise while living completely nude. Participants encounter various challenges, including new arrivals that can potentially disrupt budding relationships. Each episode features dates and an elimination round called the “Dumping Ground.” The platform has specified that the show will include full nudity without any blurring or pixelation.

The U.K. cast comprises Billy Field, a 24-year-old builder from Essex; Chrislove Brandt, a Las Vegas hairdresser; Dan Ash, a 32-year-old personal trainer; and Dominik Herbert, a 27-year-old Canadian. Other participants include Emily Read, 26; Lauren Beschi, 26; Mike Durrant, 29; Rico Hammett, 30; Romeo, 32; and Tiegan Rudge, 26. A cash prize awaits those who make it to the end of the experience.

“Dating Naked U.K.” joins the expanding roster of nude dating formats. VH1’s “Dating Naked” aired in the U.S. from 2014 to 2016. Meanwhile, the U.K.’s Channel 4 saw success with “Naked Attraction,” a dating game show where participants choose partners based on the gradual reveal of naked bodies. Similar formats have also appeared internationally, such as Germany’s “Adam sucht Eva” (Adam Seeks Eve).

DAZN has secured the broadcasting rights for The Women’s Cup Global Series soccer tournament. This series features international club matches across two U.S. tournaments, gathering eight teams from five continents, including Kansas City Current, Atlético Madrid, Mamelodi Sundowns, and INAC Kobe in Kansas City, Missouri. A second tournament in Louisville, Kentucky, will feature Racing Louisville, Juventus, Palmeiras, and Colo-Colo. The events are scheduled from August 9 to 17, culminating in a Final Four championship in early 2025 with winners from each tournament competing for the title.

DAZN will stream all matches live and free across Europe, expanding its impressive portfolio of women’s soccer rights, which already includes the UEFA Women’s Champions League, Liga F, D1 Arkema, and Google-Pixel Frauen Bundesliga. This marks the most extensive iteration of The Women’s Cup, highlighting the growing interest in women’s soccer.

English Premier League club Newcastle United has teamed up with Endeavor Streaming to launch a direct-to-consumer streaming service. This platform will provide live coverage of the club’s pre-season friendlies and exclusive content to Newcastle’s global fanbase.

The new service will cover Newcastle’s upcoming pre-season matches, including their tour of Japan for the J. League International Series 2024. Fans can access these games on a pay-per-view basis, with discounts available for club members. The platform will feature live matches, player interviews, highlights, full match replays, and original documentaries. Additionally, it will include selected fixtures from Newcastle United Women, U21, and U18 teams during the season.

Powered by Endeavor Streaming’s Vesper platform, the web application will be integrated into NewcastleUnited.com and the official NUFC mobile apps. Previously, Endeavor Streaming has partnered with other notable football entities, including Tottenham Hotspur, UEFA, and the National Women’s Soccer League.
