Paris Hilton Injures Knee in New Music Video: ‘Show Must Go On’

Paris Hilton is really putting in the effort for her art!

On Monday, Sept. 1, Hilton, 43, posted a clip of herself attending to a cut on her knee while filming a video for her new song, “Bad Bitch Academy.”

“I guess glitter really does run in my veins 💁🏼‍♀️✨,” Hilton humorously commented in the caption. “Can’t wait for you to see all this hard work come to life in the #BBA music video on Friday! 🔥 #BadBitchAcademy 👑#InfiniteIcon ✨.”

Wearing a dazzling silver outfit, the DJ and socialite brought her injured knee closer to the camera and inquired, “Is there like glass in it?”

“It’s your sequin,” someone off-camera replied.

“Oh, it’s a sequin inside of the skin?” Hilton responded, trying to make sense of the situation.

Another voice was heard saying, “Well, in this shot, we’re very close. If we just want to bandage it right now, we can really address it for makeup.”

Hilton suggested, “I can like put the knee, like hide it,” to which the other person agreed.

“Yeah, because we won’t see your knee in the shot,” they confirmed. “So we’ll just make you comfortable and safe. We’ll get this last shot because you’re such a trooper.”

Hilton then added, “And then it will like heal while we get ready for the next shot.” A hand wearing gloves was then seen wiping her knee with a white cloth.

“I’ve put blood, sweat, fire, and tears into this video,” she joked with a smile, alluding to the accidental trailer fire that occurred on the set of the “Bad Bitch Academy” video in August.

“I don’t know how the hell that happened,” she continued. “Slaying too hard.”

After briefly showing her bandaged knee, Hilton joked, “Killing it with all my leg shots.”

“The show must go on,” the “Stars Are Blind” singer said determinedly.

Back in August, Hilton shared a video of her items that had been damaged in an accidental fire in her trailer.

The possessions, including Chanel jewelry and custom costumes from Michael Schmidt, were impacted by the blaze, although fortunately, no injuries occurred.
