The initial tiles she reveals are blue Os, suggesting a boy. However, the suspense builds until Sterling flips a third box to reveal a pink X.

As the game progresses, Sterling eventually unveils a line of three pink Xs, indicating that she will soon have a baby sister. The video concludes with pink smoke and confetti filling the air, celebrating the family’s joyful news.
