Powers Pleasant and Joey Badass Drop Fiery New “Rumble” Music Video

Powers Pleasant and Joey Bada$$ have joined forces once again, delivering an exciting new track titled “Rumble.” The single is now available, accompanied by a powerful music video.

With triumphant horns and an assertive energy, “Rumble” stands out thanks to its memorable hook: “Move out my way, before this get violent!/ Get the f**k out my face, you don’t want these problems!” The video visually amplifies the song’s intensity, featuring a flamethrower, Joey Bada$$ atop a vehicle, and a lively crowd of dancing women.

The duo shared an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the making of the “Rumble” video with VIBE. Denzel Curry also made a cameo during the shoot, adding an extra layer of excitement to the project. You can check out the behind-the-scenes footage and photos.

“Rumble” is the first release from Powers Pleasant since his 2022 single “Overseas,” which featured collaborations with Maxo Kream, Bas, Kenny Mason, and Erick The Architect. Joey Bada$$ recently dropped a single titled “Passports & Suitcases” featuring KayCyy in January.

The Pro Era duo revealed in an interview with REVOLT that fans can expect even more music in the near future with their forthcoming albums. “There’s nothing as high energy as ‘Rumble’ [on my album],” Joey Bada$$ explained. “It’s more conceptual and chill. It’s cool that ‘Rumble’ is coming out and I’m able to give people a different flavor than what I’m about to start rolling out.”

Powers Pleasant, known for his knack for creating tracks featuring multiple artists, is planning a different approach for his next project. “I know I came into the game as the ‘posse cut guy’ who was throwing all these crazy features together on songs with all these artists. But this album is more focused on making the best song,” he said. “So, it’s not a ton of features on every song. It’s my most experimental album I’ve dropped.”
