The episode starts with Alya greeting her sister, Masha, after returning home. Masha notices Alya is down and asks her what the problem is. However, Alya claims there is no problem, mentioning she just met Kuze and his childhood friend. Masha laughs, thankful that a boy has finally managed to grab Alya’s attention. She then probes Alya on how everything with Kuze began.

The narrative then takes a flashback to six years ago when Alya was still in Russia. She was given a group assignment with her classmates, who unfortunately didn’t share her enthusiasm, leading to a significant argument. They proclaimed themselves the best group, leaving Alya resentful that her group didn’t win. This experience made her decide not to depend on anyone and do everything herself.

Upon transferring to Japan, Alya is immediately flooded with questions from her new classmates. She wakes Masachika up and introduces herself. After observing him all day, she finds herself appalled by his lackadaisical attitude. As the class begins preparations for a festival, Alya stays late to finish costume preparations, despite her friends urging her to go home.

Masachika intervenes and convinces her to accept help, and she reluctantly agrees. The next day, the entire class helps, and they complete the festival preparations, resulting in their class winning. During the celebrations, Masachika saves Alya from a mob of boys wanting to dance with her.

Returning to the present, Masha praises the story. Later, Masachika helps Masha run some errands for the student council. The episode concludes with a touching moment between Masachika and Masha at a cafe.
